There is a non-refundable registration
of $20 for each workshop.
A box lunch is included.

Scholarships are available.

Send the following information:

• Name
• Organization you work for
• Position
• Email

Then send your check by the Monday before the workshop.
You can make checks out to Wabash Friends Counseling Center.

 You can also register online using this form. You will still need to send in a payment or check the "invoice me" option. You will need to fill out a different form for each individual you are bringing with you.
