There is a non-refundable registration fee of $20/ person ($25 at the door) for each workshop except the Kokomo leadership luncheons which are $15 ($20 at the door). A light lunch is included.

Send the following information:

• Organization you work for
• Position
• Email

Then send your check by the Monday before the workshop.
You can make checks out to Wabash Friends Counseling Center.

 You can also register online using this form. You will still need to send in a payment or check the "invoice me" option. If you are registering for other people, just include their name, position and organization and email in the 'invoice me for these people' below
