Liz completed her Bachelor’s degree from Huntington University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Sociology. She went on to complete her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling also at Huntington University. She is currently working toward her clinical licensure. Liz has experience in several different environments, including working alongside undergraduates on a college campus, counseling members of a church community, as well as seeing individuals and couples in a private practice and clinic setting. She has worked with individuals of all ages to address a wide variety of struggles including transition, anxiety, depression, sexuality, strained relationship, grief, addiction, and trauma. In addition, she takes a special interest in the practice of self-care and how the body is involved in the healing process. Working toward restoration and wholeness is a complex process that requires deep safety and support, and that is Liz’s passion – to be present with individuals throughout this journey.
