Dr. Dan Allender is one of the most sought after speakers in the country.  He is a dynamic communicator who is entertaining, thought provoking, and immeasurably practical.  He is a psychologist, author, speaker, and fly fisherman.  Allender is the President of Mars Hill Graduate School in Seattle, Washington, where he serves as professor of counseling.  Allender has authored or co-authored: Sabbath, Leading with a Limp; How Children Raise Parents; The Healing Path; Encouragement: The Key to Caring; The Wounded Heart:  Hope for Adult Victims of Childhood Sexual Abuse; The Cry of the Soul; and Intimate Allies.   His Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology is from Michigan State University.
